Don't do business with Ford credit as they have NO customer service

I opted in for the Payment holiday when the pandemic hit sa, was done in April as I knew I wouldn't get salary in May, I was approved for this only in June, They then stated I was behind on my payments, and have been sending Sms everyday to make arrangements etc. They give you an option to have them call you, after 45mn of being on hold, I gave up and phoned them back, to be placed on hold for 15min and cut off phoned back again and got put on hold again. More than an hour on the phone, without being able to tell them they are useless,
