Distasteful service from Ford Credit

I am so disappointed in your workmanship especially during these times. Understandable that if a debit didnt go off I should've inquired but not to have poor Customer service like this. I have been a paying customer since 2015 never missing a payment. Honestly disappointed.

I will certainly not be financing my car through Ford Credit ever again. Distasteful.
