COVID 19 Payment relief

As all of us are experiencing troubled or uncertain times. I struggled to get feedback from FORD Credit in the begining with regards to a payment holiday to assist me , I eventually got feedback .and a 3 month plan was put into place , before it came to an end I emailed Ford Credit to ask for an extension in JULY - No feedback as yet .The 3 months came to an end , and I was asked via SMS if I need more help , and it gave me 3 options felt like phases or phasing in amounts , I opted for option 1 - paying 25% of my installment , I got confirmation that someone will contact me , I was rest assure that I did what I had to to assist me , allthough another 3 months would have been much better .

This morning I woke up with my full amount being debited from my account , no feedback From Ford Credit on my email in JULY and no consultant calling after my SMS confirmation,

As mentioned in the beginning this is hard and troubled times for everyone , feedback and service will be great and much appreciated , how does one decide in the near future to buy another ford if this is the service that one receives .

I am still waiting on feedback .
