Changing of Debit Order Date

Good day<br> <br> for the past 3 months I have requested Ford Credit to change my debit order dates because the date they debit the payment I am not paid yet which leads to unsuccessful debit order<br> <br> I have sent in all necessary documents every single month and still now to this day it is still not solved<br> <br> can I get some sort of assistance
