Cannot cancel insurance that we DO NOT WANT

We bought a new car in Feb 2020. In some way there was top up insurance taken out, that we DO NOT WANT, because we are already insured. We have tried to cancel this, by telephone, emails and everything we can do, with NO RESPONCE! The premium for this top up is R453.32.
