Bad service

<p>I have vehicle financing and I must say I am very dissapointed with the service thusfar. I have my car for over a year and up to date I havent received ANY correspondance from Ford Credit. No contract, no statements , my instalments have gone up and no notification have been sent to me.</p> <p>I made contact with the CR department to enquire as to the reason for me not receiving any documents and was told they couldnt assist and I need to contact the call centre, I made contact with the call centre and was told the same.</p> <p> </p> <p>I must say I am very dissapointed with this. Hope I will receive feedback soonest</p>
