Appalling Service

I am frankly disappointed in your service and the dealership and Ford

I shopped around for a car for quite a while with my partner . We initially were looking at Pre-Owned as it was cheaper . But eventually settled on New so that we wouldn't have issues with the car ,as we assumed New Cars do at least go through stringent Quality checks . But this is not the case with the car i eventually bought . And frankly for a car over Half a million i would expect at least expect better build quality.

I picked up the car 15 March 2019

1) Today is 29 march and i still don't have the car plates . The temp licence was meant to expire next week Tuesday 2) The car has factory defects which should have been picked up at the factory . Both the driver door and the passenger door are not properly aligned . And hence are very difficult to close and let in air while driving .Which should def been picked up by Both FORD and the dealer. 3) There are still traces off stickers that where left over on the car from when it was sold . Not sure who didn't check those as well. 4) The Entertainment system is buggy to say the list . It freezes until i turn off the engine. Sometimes i cant make calls or skip tracks . The Navigation doesn't work at times . 5) When i raised the issue about the doors i was referred to a panel beater who would resolve the issue. That is frankly unacceptable . How can a brand new car ,now have to go for panel beating . 6) When i told you off my concerns ,you said i should go to the closest Ford. My time is very limited and i shouldnt be doing such on a new car . Today i have lost half the day at Ford cause i had to go twice to Ford Silver Lakes . 7) When i dropped off the car ,i asked for a courtesy car and i was told none was available . Which is also disappointing service as there is no ETA on when my issues will be resolved . 8) Also there are some funny sounds ,squealing while reversing . 9) Car vibrates quite a bit while idling 10) Some intermittent sounds from the Engine side while driving .

They couldn't care less what issues the car has. And just want to force it down the user
