Account Department Bad experience with ford credit ,no communication at all and bad customer experience.

My Car was written off and the settlement amount was was paid to ford credit but to my surprise the debit order went through as well month end . It's been a shocking experience. At first I struggled to get through , I called the call center it was a frustrating experience I waited on the line for more than 40 minutes, because I wanted my money back,i was told that the matter was escalated but i dont get any form of communication just know how far is the process, every time i have to call and get a frustrating experience just to know whats happening with my money.i give up and I didn't want anything to do with Ford Credit.
