Absolute pathetic service!

My ID number is ***. I want to know why does it show that an account was at recoveries, legal at ABSA Ford Credit when it was not!

I want this matter to be resolved immediately! I do not have any accounts with legal Ford Credit nor was there an account with your section of recoveries.
