Company refuses to refund my money after my subscription has been cancelled without any notice and theysent an invoice that I paid knowing they won't be servicing our units as from October. Called for refund been given a run around until om told i wont be paid until their legal battle is finalised. Ofwhich I had a contract with them not a third party.
