Misleading advertising.
Fore Telecoms packages are not month to month as advertised. When you cancel your service (first week of the month) they, they will charge you until the end of the following month. They claim that a month notice is a full calendar month regardless of your cancellation date. Stay away. This matte has been handed to the Consumer Commission for false advertising.

In this case our calendar month runs from the 1st of the month to the last day of the month (this corresponds with our invoicing) your notice was given after the first. We will not enter into any further discussion until the investigation by the Consumer Commission has been concluded.
