Do not purchase a cellphone via fones.co.za

Do not use this company. The new cellphone fones.co.za sold me does not work and they do not have any after-sales service. Four month later, I still have their cellphone that does not work and they have not refunded me yet. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S phone on fones.co.za. It took three weeks for the phone to arrive. In the meantime, you have no clue if it is ever going to arrive because you cannot track the shipment and fones.co.za does not provide any update. The brand new phone that I received, out the box, did not work. It took me two weeks to get in contact with fones.co.za. I requesrted a refund. I am still waiting...
