Unhappy customer Ref 24148 Cell phone purchased

Ref 24148 for the phone purchased on the 20th December Fones 4 Africa sent email telling that my phone was hijacked on the delivery vehicle. Tjis company has full of lies doesn't take consumers / customers serious. I need my refund ASAP if they can't send my phone in a next 7 days.
