STAY AWAY!!!!!
Do not buy anything from them - it is a ****. I bought a phone in December - received an e-mail confirming my order and silence after that. Could not get hold of anyone; they do not respond to e-mail. After more than 2 months received an e-mail stating that my order was part of some kind of shipment that was damaged; they are busy with insurance. Tried to follow-up with them 5 times now - they do not reply. I tried to get my money back - lodging a ***** case with the bank - still no reply. YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY.

very bad service, need my money back
I ordered a phone on dec 20 2025 , only got a mail that the Couirer was hijacked but where do I get in even today I'm still waiting for my phone paid 14000 for the phone no calls or anything. they don't even answer calls or call me to tell me where is my phone

Unhappy customer Ref 24148 Cell phone purchased
Ref 24148 for the phone purchased on the 20th December Fones 4 Africa sent email telling that my phone was hijacked on the delivery vehicle. Tjis company has full of lies doesn't take consumers / customers serious. I need my refund ASAP if they can't send my phone in a next 7 days.

No warranty
You can not communicate with them, they do not have a telephone available for Customer service. They do not answer emails. If you buy a phone, please know they do not honour the warranty. Avoid doing business with them.
