False Advertising

Fones 4 Africa This company is *****ulant, sadly to say. Not even worth 1 star! I ordered and paid for my phone, and never received any communication to confirm receipt of payment and when to expect delivery. After almost a month, the phone arrived, only to find out that is was refurbished even though they advertise that the phones are brand new, and even cite a few reasons why they are so much cheaper than other companies. Their live chat does not reply most of the time, even though they say they reply immediately, their phone is not answered, whatsapps not opened and email inbox full. No return and refund service, even though offered. Very disappointing.
