Product doesn't work

Fon is a hotspot company marketing as a brand partner with mweb. They are completely useless and it frightens me to know that they're still an active company. After purchasing credits online with my credit card the hotspot came back to me saying that I was connected even though I couldn't access the Internet. <br> I phoned mweb for support and after being disconnected three times I was told that the problem was with fon and not mweb. <br> Fon has absolutely no number that you can Dail for support and I am still waiting for a reply to my email.<br> <br> I am extremely upset.
