poor service delivary

On 2014/02/10 my cellphone was given in for repairs at FMZ Cellular Ceres. All relevant was completed and cellphone and sent away for repairs. However the wrong IMEI number was supp**** and phone was returned to FMZ Cellular Ceres. After correction was made, phone was sent away again for repairs. Today a week ago, I was informed that my phone will be replaced with a new phone. But today I visited the mentioned store again and a phone call was made to the repair centre and a lady by the name of Pricilla informed the sales person that they have no stock available to replace my cellphone. The phone in question is a Huawaii Acsend P6. I request your help urgently.
