Worst Service, Unhappy customer

I have had the worst experience from this company. Their phones line and WhatsApp lines are not working. Very impossible to get hold of them. I have been without wifi for almost a month now, can't change my password therefore I was logged out of some of my devices. Sent an email to their email address with no response. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do. When the consultant contacted to today she did was not even patient enough to get the issue resolve, she just wanted payment to be done whereas she does not understand where i am sitting. Please can someone call me.
