Worst service ever from service provider

There is an internet provider called "fly.cool" offering fibre to homes..the worst provider ever..no customer care line..no email to communicate..I'm without internet for the past 3 days..no one is attending to my issue..it's as if I have paid a ghost. Stay away from this provider for your peace of mind.
