Worst service ever

If I were to rate this company minus I would , scheduled for an installation at 13:30 , the guy calls at 12:17 rudely asking where I am as he is at my place. I told him that I am expecting him at 13:30 , nonetheless asked hom to wait for me 10 to 15min , dropped everything I was doing rushed home. Called him 30times and he never took my calls. I google the office and called , only to be given another number , called it and given another number eventually gave up. 13:30 passed , no sign of the installer I sent a what's app, he read it and ignored. . This is absolutely shocking , I sent him an sms begging him to tell me if I should wait or go back to work. . I am shocked
