Worst service!!!
Bad Service and Still No Refund from FlyCool
I’m not happy with FlyCool. Their WhatsApp help system doesn’t work well. Most of the time, no one replies or helps.
The last time I managed to speak to someone was on 10 July 2025. I was told that I would get my refund in 3 to 4 working days, but that never happened.
It has now been almost 2 months, and I’m still waiting. This is very poor service. I just want my money back and proper communication.
