Worst ISP STAY AWAY FROM THEM
God is my witness fly.cool is the worst ISP ever. They even worse than Telkom. It's easy to sign up. But it takes 24-48 hours get a hold of support on ALL platforms. Even their bot Zoe is more helpful than the agents when you eventually get a hold of one. They don't even send confirmations of anything. You must hope and pray the agent done as you asked. ICASA or the ombudsman needs to investigate this company because something isn't right there.
