Worst ISP for private and small businesses.

Worst ISP you can ever get for your business/home, a mere package upgrade from R499pm to R799pm has cost me thousands of rands due to a complete halt of my operations.

Not only are they refusing to expedite my issue, they've blocked the infrastructure provider (Vuma Tel) from moving my business to other ISP. I've tried to make another payment so to go back to my initial package, still that doesn't work. x5 days of not being able to to operate because of one company!

You'd think they'll jump and assist you for actually wanting to pay them more and keep them as a provider, you'd be grossly mistaken and will pay hard cash to learn that.

I do not understand how you are ranked #14 in ISPs.
