Worst ISP ever!!!!

It's been a month since I paid for my Wifi connection yet nothing happened I've been without Wifi connection since the 20th of October and they promised to refund but nothing has been done to regarding my query.

This is the worst ISP and they don't take their customers seriously, their lack customer service and communication skills.

Fly.Cool is the worst ISP ever and I regret signing up with them!!!!
