Worst ISP ever!!!

Unhappy with the amount of service that I get. There is no contact number, there is only a WhatsApp and email address. Internet goes down almost every month. When WhatsApps or email they respond after 2 days sometimes. This is unacceptable response time to get the internet running again especially if you working from home. I depend on my internet being active in order to perform work duty's.
