Worst ISP! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM

Worst ISP!

I have been offline for over 24hrs. I tried to contact them via whatsapp and email and still no response. September we went days without internet and when I asked them to cancel they didn't so I could not make another order with a different ISP because they had not canceled on their end. I then had to pay because I work from home and need internet. It has been two days now with no internet connection and no response from them either.

I'm really not happy with their service.
