Worst ISP- Avoid at All Costs!
No matter how desperate you are for an internet connection ISP **DO NOT** consider Flycool. The service is absolutely dismal, and I would rate it 1/10 (and that’s only because they eventually reply – in their own time, with no real solution). The only support they offer is via email and WhatsApp, which is run by a frustrating chatbot that doesn’t help at all.
Their supposed "turnaround time" or SLA is 72 *business* hours – which means you’ll be left struggling without a proper connection for days at a time. The customer experience is by far the worst I’ve ever had. Save yourself the headache and avoid Flycool!

10 Sept 2024, 15:19I logged a service request with Flycool on the 28th of August, and today is the 10th of September, yet the issue is still unresolved. The only solution they’ve suggested is to switch my router on and off every time the connection drops—completely impractical and not what I signed up for.
Every day, my connection drops at 6 PM and only restores at 11 AM the following day. It feels like there’s a pre-configured schedule or a time-based limit on my connection, but despite asking Flycool to check if Triple POE was dialing out during those times, I haven’t received any feedback.
I’ve asked for either a network restoration or a refund, but neither has been done. To make matters worse, when I contacted VUMA, they told me to reach out to my ISP. Where do I go for escalation now? Flycool has shown no accountability or urgency to resolve this matter. I’m extremely disappointed.
