Worst ISP.

Fly.cool is the worst ISP in the world, no contact center, you only communicate with them via WhatsApp and they take more than two hours just to respond. Installation was completed on the 7th of November and we still have no connection, technicians came to fix the LOS light and I’ve been waiting for activation ever since. Terrible service from Fly.cool
