WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SA!!!

Again Flycool.......... you guys have the worst customer service in this country. to be honest I think I better customer services from department of home affairs then FLYCOOL!!!! I updated my banking details in June, from June to current I have to do this every month waiting for a debit order to go off. I wait & wait & wait for online service to help me but still no luck. I know I will not get a quick response from this company but if you guys can proof me wrong I would love to see Flycool try.
