Worst company in the industry!!!

Worst customer support service. The only way of communicating is through a whatsapp number. It's been 7 days that I have this service and out of the 7, my fibre is down for the last 3days. There is no other way of contacting these people. They seem to be a shady operation. I wouldn't recommend anyone connecting with this company. VERY FRUSTRATED!
