Worse of the worst fibre connection

Worse connection unable to stream properly it keeps buffering, when using a phone it says connected but no internet connection... Logged a complained was told it will be resolved with 48hrs... Why so long? So my work needs to be put on hold all because my internet provider is failing me.. WOW!! such great service I get you're really the best at this fibre thing!!!
