Worse ISP ever- when you want to cancel line, they hold it hostage

Honestly the worse ISP ever. They were the only service available when we moved here so we had no choice but to go with them. When I wanted to move to another service provider they basically held my line hostage. I’ve sent request after request to cancel my line and release my address but more than 7 agents have failed to do so. I requested first on the 23rd of May and it’s now the 2cnd of June. They don’t have a professional WhatsApp line to help with clients & they respond to emails when they want to. They also responded to my requests with a easypay reference number instead of resolving my issue. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SUBSCRIBING TO FLYCOOL
