Worse ISP ever!!!!!!!!

Fly.Cool is the worst ISP ever!!!!! I made payment for my internet connection on the 20th of October yet my connection issue is not resolved, their WhatsApp chat is useless, I have provided my details with different agents on Tuesday it was Nicholas, Wednesday is was Dineo, Thursday is was Thabiso and Friday it was Siphokuhle and still nothing has been done, I even sent Emails yet they are also useless and clueless with their job & they ask me the same questions everyday yet no solution gets done

I want to be refunded for payment that was done on Sunday the 20th of October 2024, it's been 6 days now and I'm still without internet connection, I am no longer interested in your ISP and would like my money back..
