Worse Connection ever

Vuma promised us a pier, the speed it’s a pier, I can’t even connect to my fibre, I haven’t find joy in it ever since it was installed yet I pay it monthly.What is the purpose of buying for a service that is not true, there’s no fast speed here and it keeps disconnecting me time and time and again, I can’t even have proper signal from my backyard, what a way of wasting money with you. They promised a speed of 20mbps download but even when I’m close the the router it only reaches a maximum speed of 8mbps.
