Wifi connected with no internet

They are the worst company ever , been trying to get assistance with my connection that shows no internet and yet I paid on the 8th , they said we'll refer you to a live agent, I waited and waited and the came back saying my query was resolved and my wifi is working fine , get home wifi is not working , no one to talk to , it's been 4 days with no wifi connection, can't work, can't watch tv , and I paid, come 8th May I'll have to pay again , last month they said their cables had been ****** , Nonsense business this one , these people sell the Fibre to you and when you reach out for help they send you to WhatsApp. Where you can't hold anyone accountable.
