Greetings to all. I must say that am in a very bad mood thanks to Fly.cool which I recently found out isn't even registered as a member on ISPA. This company has been dragging its feet when it comes to complaints. The fact that is has no customer service, no telephone number to call and also it has no WhatsApp support profile. So in short , I am unable to reach them no matter how hard I've tried. You are referred to agents who aren't involved in your account but agents who simply help you sign up. My advice DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO FLY.COOL you will not get value for money, I've even lodged a complaints to NCC and CSGO to help with the process but even those ombudsmen can't reach Fly
