Vumatel - FlyCool is unprofessional.

I paid for the installation in August 2021 but they came to install it in February 2022. Internet connection only worked for a few hours and when I called them regarding the matter a few days later, I was told that I had cancelled the subscription. I did not cancel the subscription, I sent them numerous emails and their admin is just the worst at their job. She ignored my emails as though I am asking her out for a date, totally unprofessional for a company that claims to provide services to people. It's a total no for me, stay away from this company!
