Vumatel and flycool

I have been trying to reach them since Christmas my Wi-Fi was disconnected or suspended. I have sent emails and I have been sending msg's to the Whatsapp for support but I still haven't gotten a response. The automated system keeps on saying I will be referred to a live agent but nothing. I'm so frustrated
