I moved over my internet services to fly.cool and I was told as soon as I make a payment my internet will be active. A week later am still without internet they telling me it takes 24hrs for the hardware to be activated and it’s been more than 24hrs When you chat to them you wait 2 days to speak to a live chat agent… very poor and pathetic customer service
