Vuma /Flycool poor and bad service

Flycool is the worst internet service provider that I’ve ever had to deal with, their agents are so unprofessional and not reliable , i have paid on the 12th of May , it’s over a month and weeks now without installation, I’ve called , sent WhatsApp messages and emails with no assistance they even **** to my and said they will install on the 17th at 3pm i wanted and guess what nobody pitched and nobody called me , im done with them I just want my refund
