very very bad customer service

This now my 5th escalation, in regards to the below-it’s really ridiculous how I’m being treated, clearly a lack of customer service,

You guys cant expect me to always understand that you have a backlog almost for two weeks now “come on guys “I also feel like I’m speaking to robots ,because every consultant is sending me the very same email, without any feedback.
