Very unreliable

Very unreliable. Dont get immediate responses. Poor internet connection. And i have a refund that's due to me for almost 4 months now. I've sent numerous emails, WhatsApp messages and live chats via website with no luck. I have been told refunds only take 3 to 4 weeks and its been almost 4 months. Always chatting with a chatbot, agents take their time to assist its actually beyond pathetic. There are no contact number to talk to agents or people in charge!😤😡
