VERY BAD SERVICE. PROVIDER CANNOT BE TRUSTED

I am giving them zero stars. Still today, 29 Dec 2024 i am still awaiting my refund since cancellation end of July/Beginning Aug. They have been telling me that they escalated my query since i started following up of my refund. Very rotten service. Sep i did write here even after that no refund has been received
