Very bad experience in ISP Fly cool

Good day I have a very bad experience with this ISP since 3 September I've been waiting for my line to be active with network till today the worse part is that it's difficult to communicate with them even if you get someone after waiting for hours on their WhatsApp no one is eager to help you . Yhooo this ISP is stressing me shame we are stuck with out network we can't work at home now the kids are stuck they can't get their classes online because of this network issue. I am so disappointed with Fly cool their service is very poor.
