Useless and worse customer service on the planet

Their customer service is disgusting. You can never get a response from this service provider. They now added a vague statement to their chat ...YOU HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE QUEUE. ...what QUEUE is that?! Without a actual queue number for my invisible ticket number as well. They make you wait for more than an hour. What system is this. Who manages the ***********s only wanting a salary at the end of the month. I need to make payment and there's always an issue. Why not employ an outsourced professional IT company to handle this unprofessional service provider. If investigated there will be proof that there is not even a queue and employees are just not interested to do their job. This company need a to close and be investigated.
