Urgent Action Required: In-Flight Fibre Application Stuck for Months
Dear Fly.Cool,
I am writing to express my deep frustration with the ongoing delay in processing my fibre application.
I initially app**** months ago, and at the time was told my area was not covered. Now that my area is officially covered, I’ve been informed that my application is still “in-flight” with no progress and no resolution.
This has been going on for far too long. If there were any other providers in the area, I would have moved on by now. However, since you are the only available provider, I have no choice but to insist on clarity and immediate action.
Please advise me on the exact status of my application, what’s causing the delay, and when I can expect installation. I am simply trying to get a fibre line — it shouldn’t be this difficult.
This matter needs urgent attention. Kindly escalate it to someone who can get it sorted, simple and klaar.
