unhappy customer

i am furious and irate as i have been trying to contact fly cool for my refund and not getting any joy . I was contacted by vumatell for fibre and said me fly cool will be my internet provider i made payment and they came to install only to find out there are extra cost for the installation so i did not proceed .....now i cannot get any help or unable to contact them .....really ****ed
