Unhappy client

I'm not happy at all about Flycool's service been waiting for my refund since and when I paid I didn't hesitate I made payment immediately I got the easypay number for me to only be told that they don't recognize my details or my easypay number and I should provide the OVR number whereas their AI bot is the one that provided the easypay number for me so either the AI bot is not reliable or Flycool is not. I'm really disappointed in Flycool's way of working with customer's, to make it worse I work from home now I'm stuck can't do anything and they don't even communicate. I need my money urgently please so that I can get help somewhere else because this is so not on I've never been this annoyed at Flycool before but this time they did me dirty big time.
