Unable to rerun debit order - slow to no assistance

I need urgent assistance, I have been waiting on the Live Chat for more than 2 hours to be assisted by an agent as the bot could not verify my details. I am not getting any response on the WhatsApp chat and I would just like my debit order to be reprocessed. Is there an overall connection problem this week, as I have viewed the previous reviews also seeing the lengthy waiting times?
