I always contact them but there's always no response. The last time a had to wait two weeks for a response and another 2 days for them to come. That's after threatening to change my service provider.
Here's always problems with the fibre.
I tried to change the details but can't even do that. They still have someone else's details from 2 years ago.
I just can't anymore with this service . It's so bad. A person can never get in contact with them.
I'll keep on leaving bad reviews till they acknowledge me.

04 Jun 2024, 13:33I contacted you already, about 5/6 times. I paid already and the router don't wanna switch on. No reply on that. It doesn't wantto switch on at even when I plug it in. It's just off

Akona & Odwa just came out to fix the fibre issues. Excellent services from them. They were so so helpful. Fixed it in less than 30 minutes.
No questions, just went straight to work. First time recieved services so quickly.
